British Paralympic Association Deadly Dozen

Richard Knox is raising money for British Paralympic Association

Deadly dozen race · 2 August 2026

The British Paralympic Association is a registered charity and is responsible for selecting, entering and creating a world class environment for the ParalympicsGB team during the Summer and Winter Games. Your support enables us to give athletes the best possible preparation for the Games.

Story

This August, I’m stepping into the fire.

On 2nd August, I’ll be soloing the Deadly Dozen GROSS — 12 full rounds of the Deadly Dozen circuit in 12 hours — to raise money for ParalympicsGB.

Why?

Because sport is for everyone, and the Paralympic movement proves what happens when resilience meets opportunity. If they can push boundaries on the world stage, I can certainly drag myself through 12 hours of chaos for a cause that matters.

This isn’t just a challenge.

It’s a statement.

A commitment.

A slightly unhinged love letter to human potential.

12 sets. 12 hours.

Running. Lifting. Eating. Suffering.

And yes — the inevitable mid‑event bathroom diplomacy.

I’m asking you to back me, not for my ego, but for the athletes who redefine what strength looks like every single day.

Donate. Share. Support ParalympicsGB.

Let’s build something bigger than pain.
