Hey everyone, we've got something close to our hearts that we'd love your help with!

Our colleague Ryan's little girl has been through some tough times in recent months, but the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children has been there every step of the way with top-notch care and support.

To pay it forward, we're doing a sponsored group walk from Portstewart to Portrush and back, and we're rallying for donations for Helping Hand - the charity that support the hospital, their young patients and their families with equipment, research, education and support.

Every little bit counts, and it'll mean the world to us and the children and families who need it most.
