The Usher Kids Walk

Hi, we're Xander and Arthur! We’ve got Usher syndrome, which is why we are deaf. Usher syndrome can affect your eyes, your hearing and your balance.

Usher Kids is a charity that helps children like us. They run fun days where we can meet other children with Usher syndrome, and they support families like ours.

We’re doing a sponsored walk to raise money for Usher Kids, and we’d love you to help!

Walk with us

Everyone is welcome to join us. Here are the details:

📅 When: Sunday 1st November, 10am

🥾 Distance: Around 10km

🚗 Parking: There is limited parking at the meeting point, so please park considerately on nearby roads.

🌧️ Weather: We’ll walk even if it’s raining, so bring a coat! If the weather is truly awful, we’ll reschedule and post an update on this page.
