SYRIA & TURKEY EARTHQUAKE APPEAL

“This trauma will never finish, it will be with them for their whole lives"

Alhamdullilah with the permission of my shaykh I have been granted the chance to provide support to those that have been affected by this earthquake.

I will be joining our partners in Turkey on the 26th of February who have left the comfort of their homes to help the victims of this terrible tragedy

More than 45,000 people were killed and thousands more injured when a huge earthquake of 7.8 magnitude struck central Turkey and northwest Syria, pulverizing apartment blocks and heaping more destruction on Syrian cities already devastated by years of war.

We are aiming to provide shelter, food, water, medical aid, blankets, dry clothes, and anything else that becomes a need. All with the help of your donations 

We will be providing you with updates on social media with what is provided, what the situation is like, how your money is being used to help those affected and what we are doing to help in our own small way

***Alhamdullilah after 8 tough days we can say we put in a shift and did our best to serve and provide aid to those that needed it. It was an emotional experience full of highs and lows with many lessons learnt throughout the entire experience. A massive Thankyou to all those that have supported and been with us throughout this journey because without your generosity none of this would have been possible. This is only the beginning of the rebuild and we will continue to do what we can inshaAllah.***
