We have a team of 13 taking part in the London West Spartan 10k on Sunday 12th May 2024. We will be joining a 100+ strong Orange Army to fundraise for MIND, the Mental Health Charity, as well as raise the profile and awareness around mental wellbeing.

Some of our team are pro's and have done this event in the past, meaning they will be showing us how it's done on the day! And some of us are total newbies and have no idea what to expect... what have we let ourselves in for?!
