On Sunday 2nd March, student paramedics and lecturers from Ulster Univeristy will test their head for heights in this exhilarating 120ft abseil down the iconic Europa Hotel, all the while supporting the life-saving work of Air Ambulance NI.
The air ambulance plays a pivotal role in Northern Ireland, reaching any part of the province within a remarkable 25 minutes from its airbase in Lisburn. Tasked twice a day on average, the doctor and paramedic team respond to a variety of emergencies, from serious road traffic collisions to farm and workplace accidents, sports incidents and medical emergencies. Every minute counts, and your support can help the medical crew continue to provide life-saving interventions. The charity needs to raise £6850 in fundraising every day, and continued support is crucial.
