For National Health Week 2024 I decided to raise funds for the CMHA. I will be fighting in a boxing match on June 29th 2024 in order to raise awareness and funds for the CMHA. There mission statement is below, please give generously.

At the Canadian Mental Health Association - Edmonton Region, we do this by operating help lines, providing peer and family support programs, and education and training.

With your support, we can be there for people when they need us, and when they have nowhere else to turn. We all have to take care of our own mental health in order to be there for others in their moment of need.
