We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust.

Story

Hi everyone,

UWWNC are raising money over the next 8 weeks for Trussel Trust, a national UK charity with 7 local food banks in the Warwick district. They do incredible work and provided almost 3 million food supplies across the UK from 2022 to 2023.

1 in 7 go hungry in the UK, where 4.2 million children are living in poverty. This is a shocking statistic, so, we are collectively running 4.2 million meters in support of Trussel Trust.
