Myself and the angel that is Georgina Roebuck will be competing in the pairs HYROX Manchester race in January 2024…

With us both having family that have been affected by cancer we thought that it would be a great idea to challenge ourselves and raise money for an incredible charity that do an amazing job supporting people with cancer and their family’s.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
