Ben Duly, Bryony Thompson, Finn Rawlings, Rachel Lacklison, Edward Wiltshire, Mikael Goldsmith and Russell Mogridge are taking on the AJ Bell Great South Run 2026 run. They are all lacing up (dusting off) their running shoes to take on the greatest 10 Mile run in the south through Portsea and Southsea to raise money for Vail Williams' South Coast regional charity, Sophies' Legacy.
