This year, on 7th March, five colleagues from Vaillant Group are taking part in the YMCA Derbyshire Sleep Easy 2025 to raise funds and awareness for people at risk of homelessness, social isolation and poverty.

For one night, Marketing Director Alice Woolley, Finance Director Kim Brooks, Head of External Affairs Victoria Matthews, Business Strategy Manager Russ Muir and Customer Success Manager Joshua Creighton will swap the comfort of their warm beds for a cardboard box and sleeping bag, joining others in braving the elements to experience just a fraction of what homeless individuals endure every day.

Homelessness is a harsh reality for far too many people in Derby and Derbyshire. YMCA Derbyshire and Padley@YMCA Derbyshire provide essential services, including safe accommodation, life skills programs, and emotional support, to help these young people rebuild their lives and move towards a brighter future.

By taking part in Sleep Easy, Vaillant Group hope to raise much-needed funds to support this vital work
