If you know me, you will know that I do not run without a purpose. In fact, I generally only run to chase a ball on the sand.

But this time I am running for something much bigger.Too many people still do not have a place to call home.

Not having a home means instability, lack of safety, exposure to the weather, no private space of your own, and often no simple comforts that many of us take for granted, like making a cup of tea, having a proper shower or closing your own front door at the end of the day.

Many of us work every day to make homes safer, fairer and more affordable, but we all know there is still so much more to do.This run is our small way of saying: we care, and we are taking action.

We are all running in the same direction, towards a future where everyone has a safe place to call home.
