I am heading to Africa again for the 13th year building schools in the Townships with Mellon Educate and my son Finn is coming with me for the first time!

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who deserve access to quality education and a brighter future.

The program that I am involved with was developed to educate younger children, especially girls so they get a chance for a better life through Education. If just one of these children stays in School, goes to College and is free to choose whatever he or she decides to be or do with their life because of my efforts, this is reason enough for me to go back every year.
