Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm raising money to pay for a shipment of vital medical equipment and humanitarian goods for PhysioNet to send to Ukraine.

On Sunday 19th May I will be walking 26 miles from Pateley Bridge to Angram Dam and back on the Nidderdale Walk & Run, organised by the Rotary Club of Harrogate.

PhysioNet recycles equipment from the NHS, local authorities and private healthcare providers for further use in developing countries. 40' containers leave its depots monthly. Additionally, since the invasion of Ukraine in 2022, PhysioNet has sent fourteen 55' artics of vital supplies into the country, including into Eastern Ukraine. Funding to do this has declined recently but life in Ukraine is as desperate now as ever. Goods are still urgently needed.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to PhysioNet. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
