I’m running for Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of my amazing dad, who we lost to cancer seven years ago.

Although Macmillan wasn’t involved in his care, this charity has become incredibly close to my heart. Right now, people I love — close friends and family — are facing their own battles with cancer, and Macmillan is there for them in ways that truly matter. Their support is making a real difference, and I want to give back.

This run is for my dad, for those fighting now, and for everyone who will face cancer in the future.

The number of people being diagnosed is rising, and every single one deserves compassion, care, and tailored support. Macmillan is doing whatever it takes to make sure no one faces cancer alone — and I’m proud to be part of that mission.
