Change starts with our youth. The Y has made such an impact on the lives of my own children. Encouraging them to reach further and work harder to reach goals while helping them develop friendships! Every child needs these opportunities!!!!

The YMCA Day of Giving is a chance to change the trajectory of a child’s life through youth development programs at the Y!

There are many issues facing our community, but thankfully the Y is uniquely positioned to help meet many of these needs. In 2024:

• The Y will provide over $2 million in financial scholarships for programs like preschool, afterschool and summer camp.

• Over 3,000 children will be served with literacy instruction through programs like Y Readers, which is offered at no charge to participants.

• Over 1,500 children will receive swimming lessons at affordable rates for their families.
