This page has been created in loving memory of Dave Rees, the visionary founder and Managing Director of Vanliners, whose passion, kindness and leadership shaped our company for over 30 years.

Dave was far more than a businessman. He was the heart of Vanliners, a mentor, a friend, a husband and father, someone who truly cared about the people around him.

We have chosen to support Wigan & Leigh Hospice to support the vital care, compassion and dignity they provide to patients and families affected by cancer. Their support during life’s most difficult moments brings comfort, reassurance and kindness when it’s needed the most. The support, comfort and kindness they gave to Dave and his family during such a difficult time will never be forgotten.

Over the next 10 months, we will be fundraising in Dave’s memory to support the incredible work they do and the care they provide. This is our way of honouring his legacy and giving back, in the same spirit of kindness and care that Dave lived by every day.
