Van Mildert charity fundraiser for RSACC

Amelie Mackenzie is raising money for Rape Crisis Centre Darlington & County Durham

24 hour row · 25 October 2025

RSACC is a charity run by and for women. We work to end rape and sexual violence in Darlington and County Durham by supporting and empowering women and girls. We offer free, safe support to all women over 13 who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives.

Story

Van Mildert Feminist Society and Van Mildert Boat Club are teaming up for a 24 hour row in support of RSACC.

RSACC is a feminist, women-led charity working tirelessly to end rape and sexual violence, while supporting and empowering survivors across Darlington and County Durham.

From the 25th-26th October, we’ll be keeping the erg going continuously for 24 hours. Our aim is to raise as much money as possible to help RSACC continue their vital work.

We would love for as many people as possible to get involved, whether that’s by rowing, cheering us on, or donating to the fundraiser.
