In November I'm taking part in Child.org's Ride Africa challenge. I'll be cycling 500 kilometres, over 5 days to raise money for the life-saving work they do in maternal and child health in Kenya.

All donations go directly to support the work the charity does, which will help motivate me to keep going. I have not taken on a challenge like this before, so I am going to be doing quite a bit of training over the coming months. It’ll be far further than I've ever cycled before so appreciate all the support in getting me there!
