So some of you may know, some may not, but this month we are doing a Mummy marathon (walking 26.2 miles throughout the month) in support of Mollie's Miracle - Living with Ataxia Telangiectasia.This is Isaac’s school friend and is only 6 .. If like me, you know not a lot about this disease, let me give you  an insight. ‘Mollie suffers from a devastating neurodegenerative disease called ataxia Telangiectasia. Most people won’t have heard of this childhood disease but the effects mean she will loose all balance and coordination within the next few years, needing to be enabled full time by a wheelchair by the age of 10, this also affects her fine motor skills and therefore everyday things like dressing and writing are a challenge for mollie and always have been. A-T progression also causes problems with speech, immune deficiency, and respiratory problems along with sensitivity to radiation and an extremely high risk or deloping cancers.
