The estimated number of people directly bereaved by suicide each year is around 36,000.

Team GOOD FOR THE SOUL are taking on the 36k Challenge for Suicide&Co, with a fundraising target of £500, so that together we can raise £36,000 to help Suicide&Co continue to achieve their mission of supporting individuals bereaved by suicide, and provide people with counselling sessions through Suicide&Co's Counselling Service.

I lost my dad to suicide when I was 18. His loss will always be with me. I know the pain of grief, and I want to support others who are impacted by suicide.
