I am dressing up as various superheroes to raise money for charity as part of Ceroc, I am supporting the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) who are taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling rubbish, standing up to stereotypes, and standing together to show life is always worth living.

125 lives are lost every week to suicide. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this.

This cause is close to my heart as I lost my best friend to depression earlier this year.
