No parent should ever have to experience the devastating news to hear your child has incurable cancer and to start making memories.

Amber Sheehy died an hour before her 9th birthday after a long brave battle against cancer. Amber is from our village and went to the same primary school as my children.

Ambers Army was started by her amazing parents Jon and Amanda who realised that there was not enough support for families going through this horrendous living nightmare. So Ambers Army was created to support other families....

I will be taking on the challenge of running Brighton Marathon 26.2 miles on Sunday 12th April 2026 and Amber will be with me in spirit along the way.
