I once believed my long-distance cycling days were behind me, but I've rediscovered that passion and am thrilled to embark on an inspiring journey this summer. From 21 July to mid-September, I will be participating in the "Vicar on a Bike" cycling event, covering an ambitious 275 km over five days. My route will take me through the beautiful landscapes of Exmoor, the Mendips, Somerset Levels, and charming local villages as I visit 15 St Mary Magdalene Churches across Somerset.

This ride is more than just a personal challenge; it’s a heartfelt mission to raise £1,500 for Keinton Mandeville Church. The funds will help make St Mary Magdalene in Keinton Mandeville more accessible and versatile by removing pew platforms and repairing the wainscoting—improvements that will welcome everyone into this cherished community space.
