October 2023 marks 20 years since I was diagnosed with Lupus, and also lines up with Lupus Awareness Month, so it's only right I take this opportunity to ask you all to put your hands in your pockets (sorry it's not another party)

After a horrible couple of years in and out of hospital with the disease out of control causing organ damage and complications, I'm finally starting to come through onto the better side of things again.. so in true 'me' style, I've decided to push my limits and commit to walking 100 miles... sounds easy enough!

So dig deep down the side of the sofa for any spare change and help raise awareness and funds in support of the estimated 1.5 million people living with the disease globally.
