I'll be completing the Walk for Dementia on 8th September to raise money for an amazing charity, Dementia Support Hampshire and IoW. This is a charity very close to my heart since Mum's diagnosis and her continued dementia journey.

Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW provide free emotional support, information and signposting for people living with dementia across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

As a small local charity they need our help to raise funds to help cover the cost of the support that they offer.

Donating to a small local charity means that all funds raised go directly towards helping people in the local community.
