Myself, hubby Lee and my sister Ali are organising a Musical day/evening in memory of our Dad James Stallard, and raise much needed funds for the Rowans Hospice, Dad sadly passed away on the 9th of December 2025 at The Rowans, the nurses abd Doctors were an amzing support throughout.

Dad was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer on Valentines Dad 2024, and has undergone 17 rounds of chemotherapy, and 2 lots of radiotherapy, unfortunately due to complications the decision was made with Dad to stop all treatment, and is now in the care of the palliative team from the Rowans. This team of kind, caring nurses and doctors have been amazing providing support both to Dad and us as a family, always there to answer questions, get us emergency prescriptions when we have needed, and always reassured us that nothing was too much trouble.

The event we are organising is an afternoon evening of music we are calling

"ROCK N SOUL" MUSICAL MONEYMAKER FOR THE ROWANS, WHERE 6 BANDS WILL BE PERFOMING LIVE.

TO BE HELD AT THE PAVILLION ON THE PARK.

£10 for adults, £2 for under 16's who will have full use of the Pavilions sensory room if they want somewhere quiet to chill out and play, making the event open to all.

We are setting up this page so that you can donate as well as attend the event, or just donate if you are unable to come, we want to raise as much money as as possible, so please help us out.

Rowans Hospice provide palliative care to the highest quality for those living with a life-limiting illness in South East Hampshire. Our hospice carers help improve quality of life for the patient by easing physical symptoms and offering psychological, spiritual and social support to both patients and their loved ones. Hospice care is available round the clock. We receive a very small level of statutory support from the Government, however, almost all of the money needed to provide our services has to be raised through donations and fundraising
