A group of us from Border Force Dog Units are getting together to support the amazing charity NFRSA - which has been set up to support the families and owners of retired service dogs and horses in their retirement. Working with the dogs throughout their career and then owning and caring for them in their retirement means that this is a charity close to our hearts - we hope we never need their help and that our dogs all have a fit and healthy retirement. But sadly vets bills soon mount up and it’s often hard to get insurance cover - especially as many of our dogs have pre existing conditions from their working lives. We want to thank NFRSA for their support and show ours.
