Emily, Alex, Tom, Nina and myself Vicky, as a group we went to primary school together and then many to high school together and kept in touch with many of our year group.

We were bonded together even more when our childhood friend Claire Cain died at the end of Primary school.

As a year group we continued to get back on touch and join in on fundraisers for Claire House. The latest being just before Covid for Claire's 40 for 40 which had many of us all together a number of times.

Jayne was a friend all through school and a best friend through formative years.

As we have grown and life gets busy and many messages of " we should get together soon" are exchanged, sometimes, like now, it's too late.

We all found out recently that Jayne had been ill for a short time and had died last month We are all so sorry we never did meet up one last time and we never got to say goodbye.

SO....5 of us (supported online and messages by many of our year group friends) have decided to walk the Wirral Coastal Walk 20k.

This will be in memory of one childhood friend Jayne, whilst raising money for Claire House, our other childhood friend Claire.

We would really appreciate any sponsorship (especially since this certainly will be a challenge for most of us)
