I'm running the 2026 TCS London Marathon for Alzheimer's Research UK! I didn't ever expect to be running a marathon and certainly not at this stage in life but the opportunity has come my way and I can't let it go. I've been training hard!

There are so many good causes which deserve and need support but I have chosen to run for Alzheimer's Research UK. It is the UK’s leading dementia research charity and is striving for a cure, by revolutionising the way dementia is treated, diagnosed and prevented. Dementia is a condition which has affected many people dear to me and I know that most of us will know how tough that is.
