Stick 'n' Step supports children with cerebral palsy from across North Wales and the North West of England to help maximise their independence through providing free conductive education therapy. Since 2002 the charity has grown from strength to strength supporting over 100 children every week.

After a few tough weeks, I have decided to clear my head and have some FUN by attempting this challenge.
