🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Ironman Barcelona – Here We Go Again!

After Ironman Wales I said, “Never again…” but here we are 🤣

For those who don’t know, I’ve been training incredibly hard over the last 5 months to take on Ironman Barcelona in October 2025 - a gruelling challenge that includes:

3.8km (2.4 miles) sea swim

180km (112 miles) bike ride

42km run (26.2 miles) and yes, it is a full marathon!

All of this while juggling family life and running a business – it’s been tough, but I’m giving it everything I’ve got for a cause that means the world to me.

I’m raising money for Seagry Church of England Primary School – my daughter Winnie’s wonderful school. It’s a small rural school where every penny truly makes a difference.
