Story
My Collegues and I are jumping out of plane ( yes i think i've lost the plot too) to raise money for a cause very close to our hearts.
As many of you know my nursing career over the past 13 years has been spent looking after children and young people going through this incredibly difficult journey of fighting Bone cancer a rare form of cancer.
My collegues and I decided it was our turn to fight back and help find a cure for this horrible disease. So we decided we'd get out of our comfort zones and put our brave faces on and jump out of a plane !
Bone cancer research is dedicated to saving lives and trying to find a cure for this horrible disease.
Bone cancer brings heartbreak and devastation to hundreds each year. Too often, patients reach the end of current treatment options with no further hope.
While other major cancer charities often overlook bone cancer, the Bone Cancer Research Trust is the leading UK charity funding research into this brutal disease – thanks to the generosity of its supporters.
With continued investment, they’ll find new treatments and, one day, a cure for all. Until then, they’re here for everyone affected, offering support, trusted information, and hope.
