Yoga for Mind

Mental Health Awareness Week is one very close to my heart. I have personally struggled with my mental health and know many others who do too. You never know who might be struggling and how deeply. Therefore, I will be teaching a pay as you feel donation based yoga class for Mind charity on Sunday 19th May at 6:30pm at We Are Wellness.
Yoga has had a huge impact on my mental health. Both the physical practice, learning about myself, connecting to myself. Getting out of my head and into my body. Meditation, learning to sit with thoughts, emotions, and sensations. And the philosophy, teaching me so many useful things, self compassion, acceptance, letting go. Also that I am not my thoughts and I am not my feelings.
This class will be a Hatha Flow class, open level and will be focused on both your physical and mental wellbeing. Allowing you time and space to not only help your own mental health but help others at the same time.
