HJP are taking part in Hike the Hill again. This year it will be a 10k hike over and around Box Hill. Last year we did it on one of the hottest days of the year! Hopefully not as hot this time. Some of the residents and other supporters of Amber take part. It's lovely to meet them with lots of chatting to get us up the hills!

We hope to raise money towards funding a bed space at Farm Place in Ockley, so a young person can be supported to transform their life.

Young people who have experienced childhood trauma, or escaped domestic violence, too often become homeless. Sleeping on sofas or in hostels, they struggle to find work with devastating effect on their self-confidence and mental health. It’s a vicious spiral that’s hard to break. That’s where Amber comes in. We provide a temporary home and a programme of support that helps young people transform their lives for good.
