I have decided to jump 10,000 feet from a plane to support the wonderful work of a local charity Age Well East.

Last year, they empowered over 3,000 people to age well.

Everyone deserves to age well & have the support they need, but as we grow older, changes & challenges happen. With the rising cost of living, loneliness and social isolation, Age Well East advise & provide practical information; they connect communities to tackle loneliness and encourage mental & physical wellness.
