Story

National 3 Peaks Challenge in support of Rossendale Hospice.

We are taking on the National 3 Peaks Challenge, aiming to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours to raise money for a cause that means a great deal to us.

Our Team,

Dan Shaw, Pete Fell, Ste Kenny, Chris Fell and with the incredible support from John O’Connor who will be taking on the responsibility of driving us between each Mountain and keeping us on schedule.

Why are we doing this!

This challenge is deeply personal. In late 2025 Dan lost his brother in-law Ste after a long and difficult battle with numerous brain tumors. Ste’s only wish was to be at home. During his final weeks Rossendale Hospice provided outstanding care, compassion and support to both him and the family. Thanks to their help, he was able to spend his final moments at home surrounded by loved ones, exactly as he had wished. The level of dignity, comfort and care Ste got is something we will never forget. Not only this but after Ste had passed the Hospice continued to provided help and support to the family especially to his daughter Lilly.

Our Goal,

The National 3 Peaks Challenge is no small task, it will test us physically and mentally as we push ourselves to complete all three mountains within just 24 hours.

We are doing this to give something back to Rossendale Hospice and to help them continue supporting families during the most difficult times, and to raise awareness of the vital work they do in our community.

How Can You Help?

Every donation big or small will make a real difference. By supporting us, you are helping ensure that other families can receive the same compassion, dignity and care just like Ste and his family did when they needed it the most.

Thank You

We truly appreciate any support you can give whether that’s donating, sharing this page or simply just cheering us on.

Let’s do this for Ste💪
