Vicky and Sam are representing Region 5 and completing The National Three Peaks in aid of B&Q Foundation alongside Region 3 in June 2023.

After completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks last year we wanted a new challenge for an amazing cause.

The National Three Peaks Challenge of climbing the highest mountain of England, Scotland and Wales.

The three peaks are:

Ben Nevis (4,413 ft), the highest mountain in Scotland

Scafell Pike (3,209 ft), the highest mountain in England

Snowdon (3,560 ft), the highest mountain in Wales

The total distance walked is estimated at 26 Miles with a total ascent of 9,800 feet.

The B&Q Foundation raises funds to distribute grants to other registered charities in the UK. The grants will help these charities to improve homes and community spaces for those who need it most - whether that's by creating community gardens, redecorating properties, and converting rooms at hostels to additional bedrooms, helping them to increase their capacity.
