I haven't run a long distance in a while, I haven't run 10k in 3 years. I'm running 10km for The Dementia Care Hub – a charity dedicated to providing support, advice and respite for individuals living with dementia and their families, to help them navigate this challenging journey.

My mum's late husband went to a similar place local where she lives when he lived with Alzheimer's and I know how important this support can be and I want to support the similar work local to me for my community.
