This is by far the biggest physical challenge of my life. I’ve been training on and off due to injuries for the running alone for the past two years, and finally signed up for the real race ! And why not make it an even a bigger challenge by raising as much money as I can helping those who make our lives so much sweeter…our dogs ! 🐕 Having lived in Asia for over 12 years, I’ve seen first hand how dogs are treated. It was really hard to pick an association as there are so many people doing amazing things while so many dogs and animals suffer around the world. I have picked Soi Dog Foundation because I have spent a lot of time in Phuket where this foundation started. I have followed their work for years and want to help them towards helping as many dogs as they can !!

Our dog, Romeo, is a Singapore street dog (aka Singapore Special). Two families tried him out before us but gave him back. He’s full of anxiety, hates to go on walks, a royal pain in the a** most days but I love him to death ! So let’s all help give a second life to those who weren’t so lucky 🍀

& keep me accountable as hell to do the best I can on RACE DAY!
