Will, myself, Penny and Charlie, Ollie and Ava are taking part in the Thames Hospice Sunflower walk to help raise money to support Thames Hospice and the team that looked after our incredibly brave friend Matt, who peacefully passed away on the 8th August.

Thames Hospice are here to ensure that patients and their families are cared for with the utmost compassion, dignity and respect. Every penny raised from the Sunflower walk will ensure that Thames Hospice can continue to provide compassionate care to those in the local community who need it now and in the future.
