Thank you for visiting our fundraising page! We’re raising money for St Leonard’s Hospice in memory of Vicky’s mum, Pammy. St Leonard’s Hospice at Home nurses helped us as a family look after mum at home in her final days, meaning she didn’t need to go into hospital. They were absolute angels and this is our chance to say thank you!
