Shift.ms is an online platform and app, which supports people with multiple sclerosis from diagnosis and beyond.

I've been working for Shift.ms for over two years, and have seen how huge an impact connecting with a community has made to people diagnosed with MS.

MS is a progressive, lifelong condition; there's no cure. On average people are diagnosed in their early 30s with their whole lives ahead of them. It's such a lonely place to be, which is where the Shift.ms community comes in as a invaluable lifeline to help people make sense of the world and the chaos a diagnosis can bring.

We're a charity and rely on fundraising to keep our community running. I know first hand that all funds go straight back into Shift.ms to directly support newly diagnosed MSers.
