Victoria's Birthday Fundraiser for Oceana UK 🌊💙

Hi friends and family,

This year, for my birthday, I want to do something meaningful for a cause that is deeply personal to me: ocean conservation and restoration.

The ocean has always been my sanctuary, my teacher, and my home. It connects us all—across countries, cultures, and ecosystems. To me, the ocean feels like the glue that holds our world together, reminding us that nature knows no boundaries.

As someone with a heritage rooted in England, Nevis, and America, the ocean is woven into my identity. I've crossed its vast expanse on sailboats, snorkeled vibrant coral reefs, attempted to elegantly surf its waves and learned how to free dive into its depths. The ocean has taught me that she can be peaceful, calming and giving, but that she can also be rough, raging, and take.

If you know me, you know I truly feel most like myself when I’m near it. I have always sought out a life, and made decisions that take me closer to her.

But the ocean is in trouble, and we need to do more than sit around and reflect on her.

That’s why I’m raising funds for Oceana UK, an organization working to protect and restore our oceans. Instead of a birthday drink or card, I’m asking you to consider donating to this vital cause.

Your contribution—big or small—will support efforts to protect marine life, restore ocean habitats, and fight for sustainable practices that ensure a future where the ocean thrives.
