We have been in a partnership with Carers UK for coming up to one year and 2025 is their 60th Anniversary. I want to take on a challenge to support the work Phoenix Group are doing alongside Carers UK to support Carers.

As Head of Community and Events, I am very passionate about the work Phoenix Group do in the community space and after encouraging colleagues to help and fundraise, it's now time for me to get my hands dirty and become one of our amazing Phoenix Heroes.

I'm challenging myself to a skydive from 15,000ft in Byron Bay. I'll be free falling for 60 seconds - one second for each year Carers UK has been running, but with the added pressure of my children watching on as we holiday in Australia!!

Will I be scared? ... oh Yes... but can I help make a difference? ... oh Yes.

Therefore please do what you can to support - even if its just words of advice.
