A large number of the population have chronic kidney disease, whilst it is more likely to affect you when you get older, all ages are at risk and can develop kidney failure needing dialysis and possibly a kidney transplant.

Kidneys for life supported my dad Steve with his own chronic kidney disease for over 10 years before he sadly passed away last year. On June 30th, my mum & I will be walking across Morecambe Bay to help raise money for this fantastic charity that can make such a difference to people with kidney disease & failure.
