Story

I'm taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge again this year for Saint Michael's Hospice in September to support families living with terminal illness and bereavement across the Harrogate district.

St Michael's Hospice is part of North Yorkshire Hospice Care (an independent charity made up a family of services including Saint Michael's Hospice, Herriot Hospice Homecare and Just B).

St Michael's offers high quality, personalised hospice care services for local people, and their families, living with any terminal illness, including heart failure, respiratory illnesses and neurological conditions, as well as cancer.

Care and support are tailored to meet the needs of each individual in order to improve quality of life, treating people with dignity and respect until the very end, ensuring every minute counts.

The cost of running North Yorkshire Hospice Cares services for a year total £7M donations form a vital part of keeping these services running and supporting our local community.

Any support you can give will help to spur me on as I take on the 24 miles and 5,000 feet of climbing!

Thank you very much
