Together with a host of Visa colleagues from across Visa, I will be cycling from Reading to Paris, venue for the forthcoming Olympics at the end of April. Over four days and more than a hundred kilometres a day making this a tough challenge physically and mentally, although I have participated in previous Visa bike rides I can assure you each one is gruelling physically and hopefully wind Gods will be kind to us this year.

This year my chosen charity is Migrant help who assist people displaced due to various reasons as well as exploitation, because every person deserves the opportunity to thrive. They work with some incredible individuals determined to better lives for themselves and their families.

Last year I had opportunity to work with Migrant help and came across stories that really inspired me also having arrived in UK in 1984 myself and hardship faced in rebuilding our lives I can relate to this charity.
