To raise awareness of this terrible disease, Endometriosis affects approximately 1 in 10 women of reproductive age, which translates to about 176 million women worldwide. This condition can lead to various symptoms, including painful periods, heavy bleeding, and infertility, and currently has no known cure.

I have the disease myself and have suffered since the age of 12 and still suffering at 39, the delays in being seen, believed and heard makes our journey longer, endless waiting lists, drug trials and no known cure.

I will be walking 10 minutes everyday in March for Endometriosis UK and raising awareness.
