I am taking part in the 10Y Fan challenge on 9th May 2026 . 24 hours to complete 10 ascents and descends of the highest mountain in South Wales, Pen y Fan.

This will be a rigorous test of both my physical and psychological fitness and me being me I will be undertaking it carrying a 35lb Bergen.

What ever I raise will be donated to HAY ANIMAL RESCUE TEAM ( HART) to support them in helping care for and hopefully re home animals in need , giving them a chance of a beautiful life .
